This is Huckle berry and Tahnia in Hurricane, UT 435-635-7681 or 435-680-0167 sent us some seeds. Has anyone had experience w planting, harvesting and recipes? Vetch has grown and built healthiest soil for 10 b yrs where now The Utah Valley Permaculture Classroom Gardens & Greenhouse sit and it is rich dark briwn, filled w fungus and worms. I chop and drop plants in late fall qnd civer w good compost and cover all hugel beds w straw . Then I btisdcast cover crop and ither seeds in late October and they know when to grow in Spring when ground temp is right. Straw insulates the ground well.
