Solutions to drought in the Western US Exceptional, Severe and Extreme Drought
According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, most of California is either abnormally dry or experiencing drought, and about two-thirds of Arizona and three-fourths of New Mexico and Utah are facing severe or extreme drought.
